Our software company is a young and growing company applying state-of-the-art graphics and physics technology to the field of industrial training simulations.  As a member of our team, you will be using the Unreal Engine 3.0 in combination with several in-house tools and libraries to build innovative training software for an eager client base!

You will work closely with our talented artists, animators, sound designers, and senior developers in a fast-paced start-up environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
3DI is seeking a full-time Senior Quality Assurance person.  We are a young and growing company with minimal QA practices in place.  As such you will be responsible for growing the internal QA practices with our business.

  • Partake in requirements gathering of industrial technology
  • Participate in project management process
  • Formulate and execute detailed testing plans
  • Test execution and reporting
  • Track service issues from beginning to end
  • Verify resolution of issues
  • Manage QA process of multiple projects
  • Monitoring and managing external bug issues

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years of related industry experience
  • Technical Diploma/Certificate or University degree in related field
  • Excellent problem identification, communication and solving skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to stay focused when handling repetitive and monotonous tasks
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks
  • Familiarity with trouble shooting PC Hardware/Software

ASSETS:

  • Knowledge of programming and scripting languages
  • Knowledge of the oil and gas industry
  • Familiarity with Unreal 3 Engine

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
